Refund policy

The buyer must notify Bulletproof Lashes within 7 days of receiving goods if there is a problem. We require proof of damage or faulty product. Notification is to be made to info@bulletprooflashproducts.com please include pictures of the damaged/faulty product. We DO NOT REFUND DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND OR FOR LASH GLUE ONCE THE BOTTLE IS OPEN. We DO NOT REFUND on any products that were purchased on SALE.

If items need to be returned for further investigation, postage cost will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have submitted it to our site, please contact info@bulletprooflashproducts.com immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order.
